Data Privacy Policy for Use of Website

We take data privacy seriously

Protection of your privacy while processing your personal data for us is of utmost importance. When visiting our website our webserver collects routinely your IP adress, Internet Service Provider, the webseite you visited before, the webpages you visit here as well the date and duration of your visit. These informations are absolutely mandatory for transmission of webpages and safe server operation. Data is never analysed on a personal level.

In cases you are sending us information via contact form, these data will be stored on our servers in the backup process. Your data will only be processed for fullfilment of your request. Your data will be handled confidentially and not shared with third parties.

Personal data

Personal data are data about your person, e.g. Name, Adress, Mail. You do not have to share personal data to visit our website. In some occasions we need your name and adress together with other information to perform services you requested. The same applies in case you request information, if we answer your questions. Anytime this is the case, we will make it explicit. Beyond that, we only record data you either transmit automatically or provide voluntarily. If using one of our services we only collect data whoch are necessary to perform these services. Occasionally we will expicitely request further, voluntary information. Whenever we process personal data, this serves our service performance or our non-profit purpose.

Automatically recorded, anonymous data

If you visit our website, we record certain iformation for administrative and technical reason. These are: type and version of your browser, date and time of your visit as well as IP adress. These data will be anonymized and serve only statistical purposes, or are used to improve our internet or online services. This anonymous data are stored separate from personal data on secure systems and it is impossible to link them to individuals.


While visiting our website, we may save information on your computer as "cookies". Cookies are small files transmitted by webservers to your browser and stored on your hard drive. Only the IP-adress is recorded - no personal data. This informaiton is saved in the cookies and enables us to recognise automatically, if you visit our website a second time, which facilitates the use of our website to you. Certainly you can visit our website also without accepting cookies. We have applied techical and adminstrative measures to preotect your personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised acces. All of our staff as well as contracted service providers are bound by applicable data privacy protection law. Whenever we collect and process personal data, it will be encrypted before transmission, to the effect that your data cannot be misused by third parties. Our security precautions are part of a continuous improvment process and therfore our data privacy statement is adapted regularly.

Changes of this policy

We reserve the right to change this policy in case this is necessary e.g. because of new technologies. Please make sure, that you access the most current version. If fundamental changes to this policy are made, we will announce it on our website.

Right for information and withdrawal

Please contact us at any time, if you would like more informaiton about your personal data we have recorded. Beyond this you can withdraw your consent to record, store and process personal data. Please contact us directly.
